Terms & Conditions
Western Digital® ("Sponsor") will be conducting a Live Family Promotion ("Promotion") on the www.wdpromotions.com.au website ("Website") whereby eligible participants will (i) purchase a WD My Book Live, WD Livewire or WD TV Live Hub during the Promotion Period (as defined below), (ii) register for the Promotion via the Website, and (iii) submit a post (not to exceed fifty(50) words) expressing the participant's experience of how WD products have brought their digital content to life (along with the applicable WD product purchase tax invoice) for a chance to win weekly prizes during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) post may be submitted per eligible product purchase. Anyone submitting more than one (1) post per eligible product purchase will be disqualified from the Promotion. Winners will be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence on August 1, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. (ICT) and conclude on October 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. (ICT) ("Promotion Period"). All posts must be submitted and received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility
Before entering the Promotion, each eligible participant must (i) carefully read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions; (ii) register for the Promotion via the Website and agree to release to Sponsor his/her first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, company type (e.g., distributor, reseller, retailer, etc.), and any other information requested by Sponsor in the registration process for Sponsor's promotional use; and (iii) complete all of the Promotion requirements. No alternate form of entry will be honored in this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or misrouted submissions. Use of automated devices is prohibited.

Prizes
Sponsor will select winners in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor will award prizes to such winners at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Sponsor will notify each winner in one of the following ways: (i) via the Website, (ii) via email, or (iii) via telephone confirmation. Sponsor will provide each winner with instructions regarding the prize they are entitled to and shipment details. All prizes awarded are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit (in whole or in part). If any prize is not available, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize awarded with a prize of equivalent value for any reason. Twelve (12) total winners will be selected by Sponsor (in its sole and absolute discretion) during the Promotion Period. Each winner will be entitled to receive one (1) Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101 16GB (TBC). Awarding of prizes will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. If a winner cannot be contacted or the winner fails to confirm his/her eligibility and mailing address (or if a winner cannot provide the serial number for the selected WD products purchased) within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to be responsible for all federal, state, provincial, local, or other applicable taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

Post Submissions
By submitting a post to enter the Promotion, each participant certifies that the post does not infringe any third party’s rights or otherwise violate any law, including publicity or privacy rights, and each participant certifies that he/she (i) is the sole owner of the post or (ii) has obtained all necessary consents to submit the post. Participants shall not submit any post that includes offensive or illegal content. By submitting a post, each entrant hereby grants to Sponsor, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit (in any manner whatsoever) such post. The foregoing license grant is not contingent upon anything. Each participant agrees that if any of the foregoing representations are untrue, in whole or in part, such participant may be required to indemnify and hold Sponsor, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, harmless from and against any costs, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim or allegation that, if true, would be a breach of the representations above.

Limitations
Eligible participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and must be residents of Australia. Eligible participants cannot be employees (or relatives of employees) or anyone professionally involved with the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity. In the event an eligible participant is found cheating (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), he/she will be disqualified from the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prize.

Publicity
Winning participants shall authorize Sponsor to use and publish their name, age, and geographic location for promotional purposes in any media without payment.

Indemnity
By participating in the Promotion, all eligible participants (including any Promotion winners) agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, (i) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, and/or misuse of any of the prizes or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Promotion; (ii) the participation in the Promotion or any prize-related activities; or (iii) the publishing of the Promotion results or a Promotion winner's name, age, or geographic location by Sponsor. Sponsor and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting a post to enter this Promotion. Proof of submitting a post is not proof of receipt of that post by Sponsor.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts. An entrant should not participate in this Promotion, if doing so would not be permitted under the law of their state or territory.
